Ingestive Behaviour Seminar Series: Dr Sibylle Kranz, 28th February, 10am, Frankland 309b

Our first Ingestive Behaviour Seminar Series talk for the semester will be on Wednesday 28th February at 10am in Frankland 309b.
Dr Sibylle Kranz from University of Bristol will be giving a talk on: “The increase of dietary fibre in children”
Dr. Kranz is a nutrition epidemiologist, graduated from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a PhD in Nutrition and a minor in Epidemiology in 2002. She started her academic career conducting secondary data analysis in nationally representative samples, but has since shifted to nutrition intervention research to better understand the food environment and behavioural factors that contribute to child nutrition.
